Presentations

Change Management at Work

In this two hour presentation, participants learn the difference between change and transition, typical reactions to change, strategies for managing self and others through the change process and the stages of the transition process. In addition, participants learn specific strategies to help themselves and others maneuver through each stage of the transition process effectively. Participants also take a change management assessment and engage in small group activities.

Leading Staff through the Change Management Process

In this two hour presentation, leaders learn John Kotter’s eight-stage change model for effectively leading others through the change process. Specific strategies for each stage are discussed and leaders apply this model to cases tailored to their organizational change and culture. This session also offers leaders the opportunity to discuss challenges they experience leading through change, as well as strategies for managing these challenges effectively.
